    • Explore how leadership expectations have evolved in the AI era
    • Identify outdated mindsets and adopt future-ready perspectives
    • Understand the new “human edge” that leaders must bring to the table
    Topic 2: Leading with Awareness & Agility
    • Build emotional self-awareness and resilience
    • Introduce situational leadership styles for greater flexibility
    • Proactive Leadership in a Fast-Moving World
    Topic 3: From Telling to Coaching
    • Explore the shift from command-and-control to coach-and-develop
    • Learn coaching frameworks for everyday leadership conversations
    • Practice powerful questioning and active listening skills
    Topic 4: Facilitating Deep & Sustainable Change
    • Apply the 5 Logical Levels of Change (Environment, Behaviour, Capabilities, Values, Identity)
    • Explore how to shift team mindsets, not just behaviors

    For Whom:

    Suitable for Mid-level managers leading teams in evolving environments.

    Entry Requirements:

    Learners are assumed to:
    • Be able to listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 7 High Advanced (‘A’ Level) and above; and
    • Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 7 High Advanced (‘A’ Level) and above.

    Training Medium:

    This course is conducted in English.
    Training Methodology:
    The course will deliver through interactive activities, such as lectures, discussions and role-playing.

    Certification:

    A Certificate of Participation will be issued to those who attained a minimum attendance of 75%.
