    Entry Requirements:

    Participants are assumed to:
    • Hold a managerial or supervisory position or have a role that involves leading and managing others;
    • Have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt;
    • Be able to listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 7 High Advanced (' A' Levels) and above; and
    • Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 7 High Advanced (' A' Levels) and above.
    • In addition to the above requirements, participants are also accepted based on their relevant work experience or proficiency in leadership or managerial roles.

    Training Medium:

    This course is conducted in English.

    Training Methodology:

    This course uses experiential learning methods, including case studies, media, stories, activities and more. This engaging approach allows participants to actively participate, apply concepts to real-life situations and develop practical leadership skills.

    Assessment Methodology:

    Role-play assessment at the end of the course.

    Certification:

    A Certificate of Proficiency will be awarded to participants upon completing and passing the assessments. Otherwise, a Certificate of Participation will be issued to those who attained a minimum attendance of 75%.
