Completed and Endorsed Namelist Form are to be emailed to ELITC, together with the required documents before the Course Confirmation email will be sent.

Download e-Certificates/SOA from MySkillsFuture Portal

1. Visit MySkillsFuture portal for downloading e-certificates/SOA.

2. For Singaporean or Permanent Residents, use Singpass for Individual Login to download e-certificates/SOA.

3. For Foreigners:

Go to ‘Access E-Services’
Click ‘Download Certificates’
Select ‘No Portal ID’ for Individual Login
Once login, get ready your previous NRIC / FIN number for identification purpose
Under Certificate Information, the Certificate Type select ‘WSQ Qualification’ for Full Certificate and select ‘WSQ Statement of Attainment’ for SOA
Get ready for the completed year for ‘Year of Attainment’ and S87SS0027A for ‘Institution UEN’
