ELITC is located at heart of Ang Mo Kio TECHplace II. Occupying an area of 484.5sqm, ELITC provides a total of 11 training rooms, of which, 9 are fully equipped with training equipment, tools and computers. Each room can sit up to 25 participants. The ratio of trainer to student is 1:25 per class.
