Skills Development Fund (SDF)
Course fee funding is available for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)
UTAP is a training benefit for NTUC members to defray their cost of training. This benefit is to encourage more NTUC members to go for skills upgrading. NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year when sign up for courses supported under UTAP. NTUC members aged 40 and above will get increased funding support from $250 to $500.
Unless otherwise waived by ELITC, below miscellaneous fees apply:
- Registration fee: S$20.00
- Membership fee: S$54.50
- Additional course material: S$30.00
- Photocopy charge: S$0.30 per print
- Reprint of receipt: S$1.00 per reprint
- Appeal fee: S$20.00
