35th Annual General Meeting

Electronics Industries Training Centre’s 35th AGM will be convened and held online on Tuesday, 22 June 2021 at 2.30 p.m. (Singapore time).
This is in light of the Covid-19 pandemic to comply with the spirit of the prevailing safe distancing measures, and taking reference from the prescribed alternative arrangements under The COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Alternative Arrangements for Meetings for Registered Societies) Order 2020.
Our Chairman, Mr C. Rajakumar, will conduct the proceedings of the AGM and address substantial and relevant questions which members have submitted in advance.
To participate in the AGM, members are required to pre-register before 10.00 a.m. on 22 June 2021.
Participants will be able to:
Appoint the Chairman of the Meeting as proxy to attend, speak and vote on their behalf at the AGM.
Submit questions 3 days in advance of the AGM;
Observe and/or listen to the AGM proceedings via Zoom Meeting; and

34th Annual General Meeting

Electronics Industries Training Centre’s 34th AGM will be convened and held by way of electronic means on Tuesday, 29 September 2020 at 2.00 p.m. (Singapore time).
Our Chairman, Mr C. Rajakumar, will conduct the proceedings of the AGM and address substantial and relevant questions which members have submitted in advance.
Due to the current COVID-19 restriction orders in Singapore, members will not be able to attend the AGM in person.
To participate in the AGM, members are required to pre-register before 10.00 a.m. on 29 September 2020.
Participants will be able to:
– Submit questions 3 days in advance of the AGM;
– Observe and/or listen to the AGM proceedings via Zoom Meeting; and
– Appoint the Chairman of the Meeting as proxy to attend, speak and vote on their behalf at the AGM.
