His notable certifications include being a Registered Management Consultant, holding a WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education, and a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment. As a TVET consultant and curriculum design specialist, Mr. Oh has managed and led international consultancy projects in various countries, such as Mongolia, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Timor Leste, and India, showcasing his extensive expertise in the field.
