- Reasons for using FMEA
- Types of common mistakes made in FMEA
- The process of assessing and quantifying the risk
- The process of creating FMEA document

Suitable for Engineers, Professionals, Managers and Executives (PMEs).Entry Requirements:
Participants are assumed to:- Have a basic knowledge of the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health requirements;
- Be able to listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6 Advanced ('O' Levels) and above; and
- Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 6 Advanced ('O' Levels) and above.
