We accept payment by cash, Nets and electronic payment modes.
Note: Our trainers are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to accept CASH PAYMENT. We wish to highlight that any cash payment to trainers will be rejected.
Miscellaneous Fees
Unless otherwise waived by ELITC, below miscellaneous fees apply:
- Registration fee: SGD 100 – SGD 320 (Varies by course/programme)
- Membership fee: S$54.50
- Assessment/examination deferment fee: SGD 54.50
- Re-assessment/re-examination fee (per unit): SGD 218 – SGD 272.50 (Varies by course/programme)
- Re-module/unit fee (per unit): SGD 218 – SGD 1,343 (Varies by course/programme)
- Appeal fee: SGD 27.25 – SGD 87.20 (Varies by course/programme)
- Additional course material: SGD 70.85 – SGD 81.75 (Varies by course/programme)
- Late Payment Charge: 1% per month on outstanding amount
- Photocopy charge: SGD 0.30 per print
- Reprint of receipt: SGD 1.00 per reprint

FUNDING
Skills Development Fund (SDF)
Course fee funding is available for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)
UTAP is a training benefit for NTUC members to defray their cost of training. This benefit is to encourage more NTUC members to go for skills upgrading. NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year when sign up for courses supported under UTAP. NTUC members aged 40 and above will get increased funding support from $250 to $500.
