Entry Requirements:
Participants are assumed to:

Have completed ‘O’ Level or equivalent; or
-
Have the ability of:

Follow written and oral work instructions;
-
Be able to listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 High Intermediate ('N' Levels) and above; and;

Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5 High Intermediate ('N' Levels) and above.
Training Methodology:
This course is delivered through online training, mini-lectures, group activities and role-play.
Essential Requirement:
Participants are required to bring their personal laptop.
Assessment Methodology:
At the end of the course, learners will be assessed on:

Certification:
A Certificate of Proficiency will be awarded to participants upon completing and passing the assessment with minimum attendance 75%.
