Mastering GenAI Prompt Engineering: To equip participants with the skills to craft precise, purposeful prompts that instruct AI systems for daily operations, generating SOPs, and drafting communications.

Building Real Business Apps with Vibe Coding: To guide participants through designing and constructing mobile applications tailored to specific production floor realities, such as QC checklists, maintenance logs, and inventory trackers.

Eliminating IT Bottlenecks and Cutting Costs: To demonstrate practically how functional apps can be built in hours rather than months, effectively bypassing traditional IT timelines and development costs.

Launching a Working Prototype: To facilitate the completion of a working app prototype relevant to the participant's own business, serving as a tangible proof of concept by the end of the day.

The 80/20 Framework: To provide learners with a structured approach to AI development, where 80% is rapid AI generation and 20% involves refining and deploying through natural language without touching a single line of code.

Proof-of-Concept Building: To ensure learners leave with a functional mobile app prototype tailored to their own production floor realities, rather than just engaging in conceptual exercises.
