Enterprise Transformation Project (ETP)

The Enterprise Transformation Project (ETP) is a structured consultancy and training programme by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) that empowers companies to identify real operational challenges, implement tailored solutions, and build long-term internal capabilities. The project is supported by SkillsFuture Singapore’s Mentorship Support Grant (MSG) for eligible enterprises.
What the ETP Offers
Through the ETP, your company will:
1) Analyse and pinpoint key operational issues
2) Co-develop practical, business-specific solutions
3) Equip your staff with the right skills through structured workplace training
4) Implement and sustain improvements with expert mentorship
Each project is hands-on, custom-built, and typically completed within 4 to 6 months.
Funding Structure

| Local Non-SME | $16,000 | 70% | $4,800 |
*Enterprise will be billed for the nett fees (after funding and inclusive of the prevailing GST) of the project.
Each enterprise can have up to 3 ETPs running consecutively
