Synopsis:

Adaptability is a person’s ability to adjust to the fast-paced changing work environment. Change is unavoidable. When we accept and embrace change, new and exciting opportunities will arise. Adapting to change can take time and patience, but learning tips for coping with change can help us stay positive, competitive and reduce stress.

 

This course is developed to enhance the participants’ consciousness on the global trends and the changes impacting the workplace with a view to enhancing productivity and effectiveness in a diverse workplace.

 

Course Objective:

On completion of this course, participants will be able to adapt to a fast-paced changing work environment.

  • Manage Change

 

For Whom:

Suitable for new hires, front-line workers, staff in operational roles, and individuals in professional/talent positions with/without supervisory responsibilities.

Entry Requirements:

Participants are assumed to:

  • Be able to listen, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4 Low Intermediate (Lower Secondary) and above; and
  • Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 4 Low Intermediate (Lower Secondary) and above.
Training Medium:

This course can be conducted in English/Mandarin.

 

Training Methodology:

This course is delivered through lectures, self-reflections, group activities – role-plays and group discussions.

 
Certification:

A  Certificate of Participation will be issued to those who attained a minimum attendance of 75%.
