CGM-I Integrated Assessment Pathway (IAP) Route

What is CGM-I Integrated Assessment Pathway (IAP) Route?

It is a faster route for manufacturing companies to upgrade foreign workers from R2 Work Permit to R1 Work Permit.

For current workers with prior knowledge and skills, it is also a faster route for skills upgrading with a nationally recognised qualification.

Why choose CGM-I Integrated Assessment Pathway (IAP) Route?

  • shorter programme consisting of 48 hours training and assessment

  • cost effective due to combined programme

  • option to top up to Certified Operations Specialist (COS) certification of the Generic Manufacturing Skills WSQ (an initiative of WDA) by taking up only one additional module in Apply Workplace Safety and Health Policy (WSH)
