The objectives of the
Committee are:
- To provide a network for HRD professionals on HRD development trends
and issues within the Electronics Industry
- To improve the field of HRD in:
- Leveraging with external bodies and other relevant bodies on HRD
issues.
- Such as WDA, SDF, ITE, MOM, e2i, training institutions, etc.

Acting as a resource pool for interested member companies to leverage
on HRD resources / programs available from member companies.

To share their interests and concerns to identify and collate HRD concerns and needs of member companies.
The HRD Committee has an Executive Council (EXCO).
The EXCO members elected into office for 2010/2011 term are:

- Vice-Chairperson: Ms Marrina Koh (Xenon Technologies Pte Ltd);

Meetings
are held bi-monthly and member companies take turn to host the meetings.
