This programme is developed to enable an individual to acquire the skills and knowledge in practicing 5S techniques in manufacturing at work. It is a systematic approach that workers can use to make incremental and breakthrough improvement in processes that produce products and services for customers.

*Course Objective*	On completion of this module, learners will have the knowledge and application skills in participating in work teams and will be able to apply them to the workplace.

*Course Assessment*	Practical and oral/written assessment (105 mins) are conducted at the end of the training course
