Apply Teamwork in the Workplace

This module enables individuals to acquire the skills and knowledge to apply teamwork in the workplace. It specifies the skills and knowledge used by operators in the Manufacturing Industry.

 

 

 

 
Course Objective

On completion of this module, learners will have the knowledge and application skills in participating in work teams and will be able to apply them to the workplace.

 

 

Course Outline

  1. Participate in team establishment

  2. Participate in developing a team culture

  3. Communicating with team members

  4. Assist improvement of team performance

 

Course Assessment

Practical and oral/written assessments are conducted at the end of the training module

Certification After successful completion and assessment of the module, participant will be awarded Statement of Attainment (SOA)

 
Assumed Skills & Knowledge

-  Completed PSLE and are able to speak, read and write basic English; or
