Integrated Assessment Training

For Locals - Workers will be able to update and upgrade their skills sets and be certified competent.

For Foreigners - To be able to apply for lower foreign worker levy in accordance with MOM guidelines.

1. Apply Teamwork in the Workplace

• Participate in team establishment

• Assist improvement of team performance

2. Apply 5S Techniques in Manufacturing

• SEIRI - Clear unnecessary items from work area

• SEITON - Organise work area in an orderly manner

• SEISO - Clean work area

• SEIKETSU - Maintain work area cleanliness

• SHITSUKE - Maintain self-discipline in work area

3. Apply Quality Systems

• Plan daily work to meet quality system requirements

• Carry out daily work to meet quality system requirements

• Maintain work quality

• Improve work quality

4. Use Basic Hand Tools & Equipment

• Prepare hand tools, equipment and materials for the task

• Use hand tools and equipment to perform the task

• Maintain hand tools and equipment

5. Operate Electrical Measurement Devices

• Prepare for electrical measurement activities

• Carry out electrical measurement

• Maintain electrical measurement equipment

Practical and oral/written assessments for all 5 modules

40 hours (Excludes 8 hours of assessment)

Candidates who are graded competent in this Assessment (IAP) will obtain a WDA accredited WSQ Certificate in Generic Manufacturing Skills - Integration

-  Completed PSLE and are able to speak, read and write basic English; or

-  ESS Level 3; or

-  Undergo a WSQ CGM-Integration pre-assessment training
