This module is one of the
elective units in all sectors and functional areas of manufacturing
industry. It specifies the skills and knowledge required by people to
supervise work processes improvement in their workplaces.
Course Objective
On completion of this module, learners will
acquire the required competencies to supervise work processes
improvement in their workplaces.

Course Assessment
Practical and oral/written assessments are conducted at the end of the training
module.
Participants
for this module are required to handle an improvement project at their
workplace. About 2 weeks after their classroom training, they are
required to present their project report on work process improvement activities
at workplace for assessment.
