Supervise Teams at Work

This module is developed to enable an individual to acquire the skills and knowledge in supervising teams work at the work place. It is a systematic approach that workers can use to make incremental and breakthrough improvements in processes that produce products and services for customers.

 

Course Objective

On completion of this module, learners will have the knowledge and application skills in participating and supervising work teams and will be able to apply them to the workplace.

  1. Form work teams

  2. Lead workplace teams activities

  3. Maintain team performance

Course Assessment

Practical and oral/written assessments are conducted at the end of the training module.

Participants for this module are required to handle an improvement project at their workplace. About 2 weeks after their classroom training, they are required to present their project report on team improvement activities at workplace for assessment.

Professionals, managers, executives and technicians (PMETs) to equip them with new and better skills in supervising and managing of operations.

24 hours

 

 

Certification

After successful completion and assessment of the module, participant will be awarded Statement of Attainment (SOA)

 

Assumed Skills & Knowledge

Participants must have good understanding of English as they are expected to be able to plan, organize, control and lead subordinates at their workplace.
