WORKFORCE SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS

(WSQ)

CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (AOE)

 

Programme Objective

The Certified Associate Operations Executive (AOE) course is a qualification under the Generic Manufacturing Skills (GMS) framework. It offers a systematic pathway that aims to equip the workforce with vital industry skills and knowledge to enhance competency in the areas of operational effectiveness, increase operational productivity and professionalism within the industry. 

 

Course Details

The course modules comprise the following:

All modules can be taken independently. A Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be awarded for completing each of the modules, and the AOE for obtaining SOAs for all 4 modules.

 

 

Duration

Manage Quality System and Processess (MQSP) - 40 hours

Apply Project Management Skills (APMS) - 32 hours

Manage Process Improvement (MPI) - 24 hours 

Apply Management Level Planning Skills (AMLPS) - 15 hours                                 Full AOE course - 111 hours

 

Target Group

This course is developed for new and experienced professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) within the manufacturing and service related industries. Participants should have a basic knowledge of the manufacturing and/or service related sector(s), good presentation skills and good understanding of English.
