The working environment is ever changing at a rapid pace. In order to exchange ideas, give or receive instructions and disseminate information timely, we need to communicate and work harmoniously as a team.

This programme aims to help workers to realise how communication could speed up work processes, to respond to work demands promptly and improve working relationship with their peers and supervisors.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to :
