course is designed for foreign workers with some basic knowledge of English.
It serves to improve the quality of their English conversation and
vocabulary. Words used on the shop floor are introduced in the course.

level focuses on spoken English up to Primary 3 and 4 standards. It is for
entrants who are weak in both spoken and written English.
Upon
completion of training at this level, trainees should be able to speak in
simple sentences.

Certification
A
Certificate will be awarded to trainees upon completing and
passing oral, written and listening skills tests. Otherwise, a Certificate of Participation will be issued to trainees who attained a
minimum attendance of 75%.
